Information Needed for your Mortgage
Loan Application
|
- $20 check or money order for credit report
- Social Security Card and Drivers License
- If Applicable – Resident Alien Card
- Residence addresses for the past 2 years (This
include landlord addresses and/or copy of lease
agreement)
- Employer names and addresses for the past 2
years
- Monthly Statements for all Checking & Savings
Accounts for the past 2 months
- Current pay stubs for the last 2 months
- Full Tax Returns for the past 2 years (this includes
W-2 and all schedules)
- If Applicable – Proof of payment for all other
income sources (SSI, Child Support, TANF, Food Stamps,
etc)
- If Applicable – Statements for Life Insurance,
Retirement Accounts, and other miscellaneous assets
- If Applicable – Sales Contract
- If your loan is approved; you will need a check of
money order for $350 for appraisal payment at time of
approval
- Additional Information may be required at the time
of application.
